- You have the right to see the information held about you by any credit bureau or tenant database, and to correct it in accordance with the Privacy Act. If you wish to view the information we hold about you, there is a form which you need to print off and then follow the instructions on it. Below is the form you need in 2 different formats. Your computer should be able to open at least one of them.

Information that is collected, stored and released from this system is for the purpose of assessing the suitability of individuals as tenants, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. It is not necessary to comply with this Act if the information..
- is publicly available, or
- that individual has authorised collection of the information from another source
- that non-compliance is necessary for the conduct of proceedings before any court or tribunal(being proceedings that have been commenced or are reasonably in contemplation), or
- if the collection is from a debt collector that is enforcing a debt owed by the individual concerned.”
