Business Origins

C.I.A. was originally formed in 1993 as purely insurance investigators and debt collectors for that industry, due to the principal's previous background in the N Z Police. An opportunity arose in 1997 to demonstrate to the then National President of the property managers division of the Real Estate Institute of N Z the tracing and debt collecting abilities of their business. A six month trial took place before they were invited to market their services to the rest of the R.E.I.N.Z. membership. The business has snowballed ever since so that they now offer national coverage.
