Landlord tip

Christmas is upon us... A great opportunity to show appreciation for your tenants. If practicable, a card and a gift can mean a huge amount to some. Even to those it doesn't, they will always appreciate the effort, and will generally encourage tenants towards appreciation of you and your property. Don't forget to keep the tax deductible receipt.
Landlord tip of the month. If you would like to share a Landlord tip we would love to hear from you at newsletter@tinz.net.nz . We are looking for short sharp 1 or 2 paragraph tips which will help us all. If we use your tip in a newsletter there will be a $20 gift in the mail in appreciation for your effort. :-)

Warning Alerts
A new addition to our Tenant Lodgment page is your ability to load a warning alert regarding drug use and decontamination.
Did you have a tenant who was verbally or physically abusive or had a P lab? Please let the next property manager or landlord know about it by using the Tenant Lodgment page found in the Lodge menu dropdown.

Thank you for using the online system during 2011, which saw another large increase in the number of members and usage from the previous year. The continued growth and popularity in TINZ means the system is more useful than ever for our current members and also to those future members.
