Tenants are required to give 21 days notice in writing to vacate your property. At the time a tenant gives notice, it is a good idea to give them a cleaning guide. This will outline the cleaning you require them to do, and gives them clear guidelines to what is expected from them, in order to recover their bond at the end of the tenancy. You can make up your own cleaning guide, or feel free to use or adjust ours to suit your purposes.
