We have two methods available for you to recover your tenancy debt.

Upload Debt via Your TINZ Account to earn a $4.60 credit   (Debtors date of birth required for this method)

  • Go to the LODGE menu > select T.T. ORDER and complete the online form then submit
  • Click Yes please when the prompt appears to have The CIA Debt Recovery Group recover the debt for you
  • You will be taken to the Upload Tenancy Debt form on their website with all the information from TINZ auto populated. Enter the extra information required and submit

  • Choose which Pricing Option suits you. TINZ members can use the special offer above
  • Upload your debt online here

Alternatively, you can download the tenancy debt form here and email the completed a signed document and Tenancy Order to admin@cia.nz or, post it to P.O. Box 106-472, Auckland City 1143.
